Endurance Duo (Distance)
2 man team:
Partner 1: 1 mile run
Partner 2: Row max distance while partner is running.
Then switch when partner comes back in. Score is total
meters rowed as a team...if you are a 5' mile runner, then
try to run this mile at like 75% effort so it gives your buddy
some time to rack up some meters and then you arent
gassed out when you get back in to row.
