5 man teams:
Person #1: Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pull (53#/35#)
Person #2: Box Jumps (24"/20#)
Person #3: Push Ups
Person #4:  5 Wall Balls - 100m Run with Med Ball - 5 Wall Balls (20/14)
Person #5: REST

*Person #4 is the pace maker....when they finish their last 5 wall balls
then everyone rotates to the next station
*Score is total reps for all stations for the team
