Warm-up
Go over Snatch with Coach....
then get ready for wod.

Mainsite Wod: Friday180608 (AMRAP - Reps)
10 1-minute rounds of:
10 burpees over the bar
Max reps of power snatches
*REST 2 MINUTES BETWEEN ROUNDS.

**Score is total snatches for entire wod.
Each Snatch must come from the ground,
but they can be either power or squat snatches.
If you cannot finish all 10 BOB before the minute is up
then drop BOB reps to 8...and go faster  ;-)
