Teams of 2:
You and your partner will row 4000m as a team.
Partner one will start and row 500m
While partner one rows, partner 2 will
complete 20 Bent Over Barbell Rows (115/75) and then max abmat sit ups until partner
1 finishes their 500m. Then switch stations. Score is total time and in the notes
section post total abmat reps for the team.
