Catch Your Breath (8 Rounds for time)
E3MOM for 24:00 (8 intervals total)::
400m Run
**Every 3 minutes on the minute run 400m.
Keep track of each split time (8 times to log
into wodify).  Your rest is the remaining time
in each 3:00 round. Try to keep split times
within 3-4 seconds  from the first interval.
