L-1 Complete (AMRAP - Reps)
5 athletes per team
Athlete 1 starts at Station 1 as the pacer:
They will complete 5 Wall Balls (20/14), sprint ~100m (to the garbage can and back), then complete 3 more Wall Balls.
Once this is complete, Athlete 1 moves to Station 2.
Athlete who was at Station 2, now shifts to Station 3.
Athlete who was at Station 3, shifts to Station 4.
Athlete who was at Station 4, shifts to Station 5.
And Athlete who was at Station 5 moves into Station 1, now assuming the prescribed movements as pacer.
Station movements are as follows:
Station 1: 5 Wall Ball (20/14)
Station 2: Burpee Box Jumps (24"/20")
Station 3: Dumbbell Snatches (55/45) (alt arms)
Station 4: Toes 2 Bar
Station 5: REST
All athletes aside from the pacer at Station 1 will be completing as many reps as possible while at their station.
Keep a running total!

Your team's score is the total count of everyone's reps from Stations 2, 3 & 4.
