We offer hour long CrossFit classes throughout the week. Each class begins with a set of stretches followed by a warm up to get your body prepared for whats coming next. Following the warm up we try to incorporate either a skill or strength based portion to the session. When all is complete, we end our classes with a WOD (Workout Of the Day) that is guaranteed to keep you coming back for more. Our programming is well thought out by our coaches and is designed to challenge each and every level of fitness. We write for the elite but its also our job (which we are well trained to do) to scale for every other fitness level that enters our CrossFit program. So no need for intimidation...we will assess and accommodate your fitness level and build you up to become the best version of you that you didn't know was possible.
